Alex Francis’ emotive melding of rock and soul has spurned an organic rise to prominence that few singer songwriters have experienced.

In 2016, Alex won the support of Time Out Magazine’s ‘Rising Stars’ artist programme showcasing him at some of his highest profile shows to date. In early 2017, Alex collaborated with pop legend Melanie C on ‘Hold On’ the third single from her 2017 album ‘Version of Me’. Melanie then invited Alex to open her UK & Europe tour which included a sold out show at London’s Shepherd’s Bush Empire.

Alex released his debut EP ‘These Words’ in June and has spent the summer with his band performing all over the UK on several illustrious festival stages including shows at the Isle of Wight Festival, Standon Calling and British Summer Time in Hyde Park supporting Phil Collins.

Alex’s new single ‘All I’ve Got’ arrives November 3rd ahead of shows in the UK & Europe this Autumn. This October he support Starsailor across the UK and then in November travels to Europe with rising London trio Paradisia for shows in Germany, Belgium, France & Switzerland.

Alex's new EP ‘A Stronger Love’ arrives December 1st with an official launch night at Thousand Island in Highbury the same night. The EP was produced by Gus Pirelli (Sam Smith, Disclosure) & Mastered by Chris Kimsey (Peter Frampton, The Rolling Stones)
